About the Surveys

Because we use compensation data every day, Merces Consulting Group, Inc. knows exactly what to look for – and how to get it. Merces provides associations, governmental units, and community organizations with survey administration services ranging from simply analyzing and reporting data to full-service program management that includes sales and distribution of surveys.

In addition to working with our survey partners, we have our own survey program through which we have collected information on compensation and benefits in the state of Michigan for over 25 years. In conjunction with the establishment of our Community/Migrant Health Center Practice, Merces is beginning a series of nationwide compensation surveys which will include state and local surveys in conjunction with state primary care associations.

FQHC Compensation Surveys

Having worked with Federally Qualified Health Centers for 25 years, Merces consultants are familiar with the currently available sources of competitive compensation data and have designed a new, comprehensive program to provide value for the industry. Our FQHC CEO Compensation Survey program is in its fifth year, and our second  survey of provider compensation will begin collecting data later this year.
