Welcome Kelsey Hogan

Kelsey Hogan has joined the professional staff at ElementOne, Inc. as a Compensation and Organization Specialist. She also functions as the firm’s Marketing Specialist, responsible for managing the firm’s social media programs, as well as marketing, communications and advertising campaigns. Kelsey has been working with ElementOne for three years in various part-time administrative support and internship roles, and became a full-time professional employee on August 1, 2011, following her graduation from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.

During her first six months with ElementOne, Kelsey has been instrumental in projects with a number of clients, writing job descriptions, conducting labor market analyses, developing pay structures and helping with the implementation of new programs. She has been a part of the on-site project team working with Finger Lakes Community Health Center and Oak Orchard Community Health Center in the Rochester NY area, and supported the firm’s marketing efforts at the National Association of Community Health Center’s Community Health Institute in San Diego this past September.
